Mores
Grape variety: Nebbiolo, Barbera

Here is the story of Langa turned into wine: a barren slope of thistles and stones, cultivated with vines, has become the cradle of color, vitality, and fruity sweetness which echoes with spices and the perfumes of the countryside. This wine is a milestone achieved: it has transformed harshness into grace, roughness into an ancient enchanting spell.
VINIFICATION

The harvest is carried out by hand, in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit and to allow for, when necessary, a selection of the grapes which are then transported to the cellar in 20 kg boxes. Mores is produced from a blend of bunches of Barbera and Nebbiolo, usually in equal proportions, which are de-stemmed and the must moved by gravity into an open stainless steel tank where alcoholic fermentation takes place. During the maceration, delicate pumping over and punching down are carried out daily.
